Very convenient to Juneau Airport I needed a place to stay overnight before taking the ferry to Haines, AK. This hotel served my purpose.
Great evening staff I have stayed here several times while passing through Juneau and the rooms are large, with a full-size refrigerator, cookstove and microwave, and a large TV. That is important to those of us who live in Alaska and are often bringing back food items from Outside. This time when I flew in I was on crutches. When I called the hotel and explained my situation, the driver was right there to help with luggage at the airport and all the way to the room, unloading my bags for me. That was wonderful service! I always stay here when I'm in Juneau. Just a quick overnight this time but my check-in and out were very efficient.

Emergency room was needed! We had an emergency situation with our home and needed a place to stay for a few nights. Having stayed at Extended Stay in a different city, I was fairly confident in what we were getting. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful with our situation and we had quiet neighbors so no complaints there. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I would definitely come back.

Close to airport Still like it here. Room was fairly quiet. Staff was great and keeps the rooms clean. They were doing a lot of upgrading and remodeling but it was hard to notice unless you paid attention. The hotel and especially my room smelled of fried food and they should try to fix that but hard to do with full kitchenette in the rooms. The fitness center was good. Internet service was slow unless you pay extra. I didn't but you need to if you stream media. 250 kbps otherwise is ok for a few emails and slow browsing. Be... read more

Business trip through SE This was an overnight stay on a business trip. The shuttle was very accommodating picked up on time then took me to shopping area and picked up without issue. Very friendly drivers.
Loud guests I was only here for 2 nights, but they were loud nights with ball teams staying in hotel and unchaperoned, though it seems. There was also a guest fighting with girlfriend or wife who had locked him out of room and he carried on screaming and crying for well over a half an hour without anyone from hotel staff doing anything about it.
