The location was ideal. The proximity to the airport was ideal for a quick flight in and out of Juneau. We did not explore the city and for us it was more of a convenience to be next to airport (one block).

Superb staff The hotel staff made our stay by offering assistance beyond the call of duty. They really know how to display Northern Hospitality.

OK hotel close to airport here was no TV guide in my room, the breakfast was no good,could have done a lot more at very little cost. convenient to the airport, room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfortable, room was quiet staff was helpful. i would return.

Good location for airport. We thought the property was just average. It is located a couple minutes from Juneau airport which was good. We used the laundry and found the floor to be filthy as they had been servicing the machines and you could see where the machines were moved. They were out of muffins for breakfast. Just had oatmeal and granola bars.

Location, facilities and staff were excellent. No shuttle needed from airport because its across the street. Only six miles to Auke Bay and nine miles to Downtown Juneau. Staff was very friendly especially to people to aren't from Juneau.

Very close to Juneau Airport It was great to stay at a place so close to the airport, since we had an early morning flight

Close to Juneau Airport but Dirty Service was good and our expectations of the hotel were not high, but the room was notably worn and disturbingly dirty. Dirty enough that I went to the store to buy some cleaning wipes.

It was just a place to sleep. Stains on floors/burn holes in chairs and linen(I asked for the non-smoking room) dust in the vents/mildew in the tub. I was pretty bummed because I usually stay in extended stays and never had anything like that before.

We do not recommend you stay at the Extended Stay The check-in process was slow, the beds were horrible, the AC leaked and breakfast was pitiful! The only saving Grace for your Hotel was that it was close to the airport!
