Simple check in with helpful staff. Visted KS from LA with daughter and niece room was smaller than expected and amenities not to my fancy LA girls standards, so we choose to not stay. I explained to the staff and without an issue agreed to refund my booking. Great staff great ownership but sub-par conditions

Remote for TV was missing its backing so batteries fell out. It was also filthy dirty and I had to get a sani-wipe to clean it. After noticing that I looked around and the little kitchenette area was dirty too. The stove top area was dirty and the shower pressure was horrible. Lastly the hallways were dark and creepy! Only stayed one night but hotel needs a full overhaul.
