Staff was not very friendly. We had 3 guests and they gave us a room with one bed, we asked for a room with two beds and they seemed unwilling to fix the issue.

1-Night Stay Was Great Check-in was easy and quick. Hotels.com did not have their updated policy on the $100-down in case something happens in the room (it's refunded after the stay, though, which is great) and their Grab & Go breakfast was not in service (which I anticipated due to COVID). Overall, it was a great stay, though!

Check in was easy, our room was nice and clean. When arrived i was charges a $100 pre authorized fee and zrill haven't received it back.

Was told would recieve debit card deposit back in 15 -20 mins. Over 24 hrs and still have not seen it post back to my card
