Good and bad. The hotel was fine. I appreciated the favorable rate. But, I left my car with the time to be picked up when I returned. I had to call and there was a 30 minute delay. The driver Sat in the van and didn't help with my luggage. I actually exited the van and helped another person with her bag. When I arrived at the motel , the record for my vehicle was not easily found. The young women seemed to not know what they were doing. This part of my stay was unacceptable. The facility was adequate. The employees were not.

Very noisy in the morning hours, due to people not closing the outer room door softly.

Nice, but, I guess you get what you pay for.... It was okay....no one bothered me which was the most important. Relatively safe!
Happy with my stay at Extended Stay America My stay at the Extended Stay Plaza Circle was very good to say the least . The staff was very helpful, the room was clean , and I was happy with my overall experience and would definitely stay there again using Hotels.com
