overnite in Kansas City It was a clean basic room with a kitchen, frig and microwave. The staff were helpful and friendly and I used the shuttle to and from the airport. The bed was comfortable.

The only bad thing is that they did not have coffee bags for the coffee maker , I have the habit to take a cup of coffee before I go to bed.

Ottawa bisit Got in late , staff seemed rushed and no personality , I didn’t feel comfortable . With other hotels around I will think twice about returning.

Fine for a night! My first stay at an ESA hotel - had an early 6am flight. Friendly front desk staff. Ordered a coffee maker & mug, from a list of small appliances and items available on request - delivered to the room within 5 minutes. Overall clean, quiet & reasonably comfortable. Small deducts for a TV was low-def and a WiFi network I couldn’t access despite several attempts and following instructions.

Hotel is just ok The hotel water did not work. So we called down to the front desk and the lady said oh wait 15-20mins there a lot of people showering. Pretty insane thing to tell someone. We waited and the water never got hot :(
