It was very close and clean facility to the KC airport. The price was low for what you get. The staff was great checking in. I will stay here again when needed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would say that did make me miss home is the hot water did not last as long.

Ok hotel, bad breakfast. They had a hard time finding my reservation, but the gentleman at the reception was friendly and manage it after some time. It is an ok hotel, the breakfast needs improvement definitely.

good stay The staff was professional and friendly. the shuttle bus was on time and the driver was super welcoming. best stay near the KCI airport in the last few years.

Very Clean My husband and I stayed st the Extended Stay in Springfield and we were not happy. But we decided to give it another try and I'm so glad we did. Thus hotel is very clean and the staff is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

No hot water! The toilet leaked there was hair in the tub & on one of the towels & there was no hot water, I couldn't shower because the water was barely warm.
