Dishwasher didn't work properly - told the front desk and they took care of it - we didn't use it again, so don't know if it worked. We were on the 2nd story above the lobby and we heard people checking in/out. We must have been above the laundry room as our room shook every afternoon/evening.

reservation lies I called in and made a reservation. At the time of making the reservation I stressed I needed to be able to check in at 0800. The guy that took my reservation stated that would be no issue and he will put the 0800 check in on my reservation so the hotel would know. I got to the hotel and had to wait almost 2 hours just to get into the room. Was not happy.
