Once I got here they didn’t had a room ready, (check in says 3pm, I got there at 7pm,) there was plenty of time, I waited and they gave me a dirty room, they were changing and doing some arrangements in the hotel and kept noisy all night, there was a point i thought they were coming into my room, worse hotel ever, won’t accept any complaints or make any refunds or any voucher

You can do better. The grab and go breakfast didn’t exist both days I went down to look for it. The ice maker didn’t work. The "hot" water fir showers was on the cooler side of lukewarm.
