Horrible experience The hotel is remodeling. There is no notice of that on the booking and that whole hotel smelled like glue, which made me sick for the next two days.

Upon arrival customer service representative was doing laundry. Waited time before another guest told us she was in the laundry room. We realized your under construction, electronics not plugged in the room and construction dust everywhere. Sheets dirty. Had false eyelashes stuck on the sheets!!! More than gross!!!! Very poor experience. Don’t feel enough staff on duty. Consider shutting down during the construction stage. Would not recommend your company. Thank you.

Worst hotel I've stayed in It was very not comfortable the beds were hard the shower was not working good the bath was not good the hot water was almost off to get it fairly warm took forever to warm up

Once I got here they didn’t had a room ready, (check in says 3pm, I got there at 7pm,) there was plenty of time, I waited and they gave me a dirty room, they were changing and doing some arrangements in the hotel and kept noisy all night, there was a point i thought they were coming into my room, worse hotel ever, won’t accept any complaints or make any refunds or any voucher
