Nice hotel close to downtown Good hotel near downtown. It is also near the Country Club district. Hotel room was in good condition and the staff were friendly. Stayed here for the Kansas City Irish Festival at the Crown Center.
This hotel is not for you if you are staying less than a week. I guses I'm just use the getting my room cleaned and my garbage emptied and bed made.our room was a mess. And I had to go get clean towels too. I don't think I'll be going back again.I prefer to have room service. Especially when Iam vacationing. I will say that the bed was comfortable, just needed more fluffy pillows.
Is still decent At check in alot of people didn't have their rooms available due to the hotel being completely booked, but my room was ready. You have to request the kitchen utensils and carry them to your room by yourself which is really heavy.

Basic but convenient! The room was very basic but we were not there much. We were in walking distance to all the cool stuff... We would stay there again just for that! P.s. It was also nice to have a fridge and stove so we didn't have to constantly eat out.

Nice place in busy area of KC We checked in on Saturday and left on Sunday for the Royals game. The hotel is off the road so you have to look for the sign on the road, which is sort of small but we found it nonetheless. The check in was smooth. We went to our room and I noticed a cigarette smell right away even tho we requested non-smoking. No problem. We went to the front desk and they found us another room to our liking. The refrigerator leaked. A shelf was missing in the closet. It had been torn off. The bedspread was half off the bed. There was black mold in the tub.

This was very close to the plaza. You need to re-phrase "continental " breakfast . Coffee, granola bars, and dry wrapped muffins "to-go" is not a continental breakfast. It was a main reason I chose this hotel and was very disappointed.
