Nothing special. Pretty basic. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and coffee. Location is great

Great location I've stayed at this hotel a few times and love the location and free parking. Check-in is at 3p and we arrived st 6:45p, but our room wasn't clean. The woman at the front desk said another 30 minutes. We waited in the cold lobby (25 degrees outside). My mom has a bad knee and needed to sit but the chairs are near the door. After waiting almost an hour, I asked for a time update and reminded the check in time. The employee never once apologized for the wait and told me "that's the way of life." We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM and our room wasn't ready for almost an hour because it hadn't been cleaned yet. Continental breakfast was just granola bars and coffee nothinges as nice as breakfast at most hotels.

Good cost-effective business hotel This is a good business hotel, for those who don't want to pay the high rates at the neighboring Marriott. Good Wifi, but no breakfast (as is normal for this chain). Reasonably clean, but it isn't a brand new hotel, so there is a little wear and tear.

Great Location for Nelson and Kemper Galleries! The title pretty much encapsulates what you get: short (I mean short!) walks to the Kemper Museum of Modern Art and the world class Nelson Atkins Museum. An easy walk to the Country Club Plaza and Winsteads (a KC old style drive-in restaurant). A slightly longer walk to Andre's which makes Swiss chocolate, pastries and serves wonderful lunches on premises. The Westport area is a longer walk, but doable. The hotel was clean, no problem with that. Our trip was great because we went to see the Trans Siaberian Orchestra, with another couple. Its was a great experience. But I do feel our stay with your hotel could have been a little better, and that breakfast on the go was not what I expected.

Did not get the type of room I expected, so changing rooms was necessary. Continental breakfast skimpy and no daily room service. Will not use again.
Excellent location, mediocre service Didn't know we di get housekeeping unless you stayed 7+ days!! I think that's ridiculous. Awesome location- you can walk/eat/shop 5 mins away in The Plaza
