Did not get the type of room I expected, so changing rooms was necessary. Continental breakfast skimpy and no daily room service. Will not use again.
Excellent location, mediocre service Didn't know we di get housekeeping unless you stayed 7+ days!! I think that's ridiculous. Awesome location- you can walk/eat/shop 5 mins away in The Plaza

Weekend trip The hotel was ok but not totally what we expected. The information said that they had a continental breakfast but it was just coffee, small cereal bars and small store bought muffins and no other beverages. It was referred to by the staff as the coffee bar and the website with Travelocity has it referenced as a continental breakfast. This did not meet the definition of a continental breakfast and that is something that I take into consideration when booking a room since I like to eat at the hotel instead of havi... read more

Nice hotel I wish there would have been a blow dryer and coffee pot in the room. However the front desk nicely told me that they had one at the front desk and I had to go down and pick it up.

Plain, but decent Very basic plain room, seemed overpriced for what it was. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
