Plain, but decent Very basic plain room, seemed overpriced for what it was. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Good value, great location The hotel is comfortable, everything you need is there. The location is great for Country Club Plaza, Westport, easy access to P&L, downtown, and getting to points South like Overland Park is easy. My only complaint is the building itself is incredibly noisy - from the doors slamming to the creaking floors. Everything is noisy. I was disappointed in my stay. The noise was terrible. I could hear hallway and room conversations going on outside/next to my room. It was very loud. The room doors also slammed and woke me up several times during the night.

Great location and value The location is perfect for the Plaza. Parking is free and there is plenty of it which is rare for Plaza hotels. The room was clean, everything worked well in room, and the staff was super friendly.
