Weekend trip The hotel was ok but not totally what we expected. The information said that they had a continental breakfast but it was just coffee, small cereal bars and small store bought muffins and no other beverages. It was referred to by the staff as the coffee bar and the website with Travelocity has it referenced as a continental breakfast. Nice hotel I wish there would have been a blow dryer and coffee pot in the room. However the front desk nicely told me that they had one at the front desk and I had to go down and pick it up.

Plain, but decent Very basic plain room, seemed overpriced for what it was. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Plaza Stay Clean and comfortable.Nice location for the Plaza.

Good value, great location The hotel is comfortable, everything you need is there. The location is great for Country Club Plaza, Westport, easy access to P&L, downtown, and getting to points South like Overland Park is easy. My only complaint is the building itself is incredibly noisy - from the doors slamming to the creaking floors. Everything is noisy.
