I was disappointed in my stay. The noise was terrible. I could hear hallway and room conversations going on outside/next to my room. It was very loud. The room doors also slammed and woke me up several times during the night.

Great location and value The location is perfect for the Plaza. Parking is free and there is plenty of it which is rare for Plaza hotels. The room was clean, everything worked well in room, and the staff was super friendly.

Excellent location for plaza Convenient
Great area, cleaning issues with room Staff was friendly and location was great. There was a used dried wash cloth hanging over the tub, so I doubt it was clean and one of the beds was half made. Definitely some house keeping issues.

Nice, reasonable hotel close to everything Room was clean, close to Plaza and Power and Light District. Room was very spacious and kitchen was clean.

Hotel was right in country club plaza! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our room was very nice except for the mold around the tub in the bathroom and the ring around the inside of the toilet. It just needed a little TLC. I did tell the lady at the desk about it when we checked out. But the location was perfect as for as getting around to all the attractions and the price was right.
