Everything looked great, floor was a bit gritty, aside from that, very happy with our stay. Taylor at the desk was awesome, definite asset!

At 11:37pm I was called and informed that they were overbooked and they canceled my reservation. How do I get a refund?

A absolutely nothing was unique about this property as a matter of fact I did not even check in I didn't check in because they wanted a $50 deposit and would not take my girlfriend's credit card over the phone and we got charged for the stay anyway

Worst hotel ever This was, by far, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. They had lost hour prior to us, checking in. They said they would call us when the power came back on, then the guy that took our number went home for the day and we never got a call. When we checked in, the key card machine was not working. So they told us they would bring us a key once it got back up and working again. Thank God we were only there for one night, because we never did get a key to our room.
