The outside was clean and modern, the floor in the room was dirty. Bed has had much use, swayed in the middle. The front desk clerk was helpful.

We reserved at extended stay as it was reasonably priced for one night and I thought it had a good reputation as a no-frills hotel. It was not clean, the chair was sooo soiled we had to put the bedspread over the chair to use it. Sheets had stains, bed skirt stained, kitchenette very dated & looked like it has never been updated. Never again!

Don’t go! The first room I was assigned was so smokey I had to ask for a different room. I could not breathe! The second room was dirty, falling apart. The chair was so stained I had to ask for a cover blanket to throw on it before I would even think about sitting on it. Ceiling tiles stained, piles of garbage sat for days at dumpster right outside my room. Bugs in kitchen. It was awful.

They oversold it even though i prepaid it weeks before. Ahd they overssold the next one i went to even though they sold me a room by phone. So i had no room from two of them. And the person at the front desk said they had never experienced "oversold" until they worked at Extended Stay
