The room wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival and there was no housekeeping staff on site. They also didn't have any other rooms available. We tried another location and they would only give us the walk in rate. We left the property and had to find a different hotel. This is unacceptable. I will never book at an Extended Stay again.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room smelled like MJ, the bathroom faucet didn’t work. We had towels in our bathroom that were used and not ours, the manager ended up refunding our stay and I specifically told him I will not recommend it to anyone.

At 11:37pm I was called and informed that they were overbooked and they canceled my reservation. How do I get a refund?

A absolutely nothing was unique about this property as a matter of fact I did not even check in I didn't check in because they wanted a $50 deposit and would not take my girlfriend's credit card over the phone and we got charged for the stay anyway

Worst hotel ever This was, by far, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. They had lost hour prior to us, checking in. They said they would call us when the power came back on, then the guy that took our number went home for the day and we never got a call. When we checked in, the key card machine was not working. The nonsmoking room smelled so bad a smoke I had to get Lysol and a smoke candle. Floor so dirty I had to clean it with dawn and towels were black when I was done hair all in shower just the worst hotel . Wish I could upload the picture
