Confirmed is not confirmed IF hotel overbooked. When we got to the hotel to check-in, I was told they were overbooked and my reservation was 1 of the 3 they had to cancel. They said they tried to call to let me know but were unable to reach me. No message left or call received. Advised they checked all Ext Stays in KC area & all were booked. However, Hotels.com showed several Ext Stays w/availability. Very unfriendly & offered no info for other hotels in area to begin a new hotel stay search.

Reserved ground floor unit for elderly access and ended up on the 3rd floor. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this hotel. What appeared to be homeless people hanging around the grounds. Spartan looking entry and front desk area. Stupid people running the front desk. NO ELEVATOR in view. Horrible experieince.

İ did not stay there because they did not have my reservation. Also did not gave another room. But new girl there was very sweet and helpful.

The room was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Hair in bathtub and the floor in the entire room had not been swept. After we were there about 5 minutes, the lady who checked us in tried to walk in on us and whem the dead bolt caught, she said I wonder who is in here and walked away real fast. I've stayed at a lot of motels this one was very dirty especially when they have on the website they renovated in 2020. There was no renovated room. The room was filthy, cloth chair at the table had material coming off, cloth chair was just filthy and bathtub had the paint peeling off.

The people next door would go outside and sit on the steps right by my door and smoke cigs and chat. Super noisy.
