Don’t go! The first room I was assigned was so smokey I had to ask for a different room. I could not breathe! The second room was dirty, falling apart. The chair was so stained I had to ask for a cover blanket to throw on it before I would even think about sitting on it. Ceiling tiles stained, piles of garbage sat for days at dumpster right outside my room. Bugs in kitchen. It was awful.

They oversold it even though i prepaid it weeks before. Ahd they overssold the next one i went to even though they sold me a room by phone. So i had no room from two of them. And the person at the front desk said they had never experienced "oversold" until they worked at Extended Stay

Confirmed is not confirmed IF hotel overbooked. When we got to the hotel to check-in, I was told they were overbooked and my reservation was 1 of the 3 they had to cancel. They said they tried to call to let me know but were unable to reach me. No message left or call received. Advised they checked all Ext Stays in KC area & all were booked. However, Hotels.com showed several Ext Stays w/availability. Very unfriendly & offered no info for other hotels in area to begin a new hotel stay search.

Reserved ground floor unit for elderly access and ended up on the 3rd floor. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at this hotel. What appeared to be homeless people hanging around the grounds. Spartan looking entry and front desk area. Stupid people running the front desk. NO ELEVATOR in view. Horrible experieince.

İ did not stay there because they did not have my reservation. Also did not gave another room. But new girl there was very sweet and helpful.

The room was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Hair in bathtub and the floor in the entire room had not been swept. After we were there about 5 minutes, the lady who checked us in tried to walk in on us and whem the dead bolt caught, she said I wonder who is in here and walked away real fast.
