I cancelled my reservation after finding the room wreaked of smoke and there was no other room available as an option. Even tho the property was advertised as noon smoking this clearly was false advertising. I am expecting a full refund of my money for this room. Staying was not an option as the smoke would have triggered allergy attack.

The property was a dump the door wouldn't lock the phone didn't work it was an extended stay and there were no amenities including a coffee maker in the room the remote to one of the TVs was missing. They tried to find me another room because the door not locking and out of the three they took me to is what she all had left one was occupied one the door was jammed and they couldn't get it open and the other one was being used to storage I left and eventually got my money back

The room was dirty stains on the headboards sheets where dirty. So many cigarette butts outside the door, they could have been carpet.

Horrible, I was charged for not staying there.. never checked inn but Travelocity charged my account and you over booked me but charged me for not staying there

Non smoking room smells like old cigar and B.O. Check in was easy and the service was fine. The room was disgusting and smelled like B.O. and cigar smoke. It was such a strong smell that it made my eyes water. I returned to the front desk and checked out.
