Said, "We overbooked." And was downgraded I made a reservation at extended stay America hotel, and was told that there were no rooms and they were overbooked. I was sent down the road 3 -4 miles to another of their chain hotels. And the following morning, at 9 am there was banging on my door waking me up, saying there was a problem with my payment. The initial reservation was for a hotel, I was sent to a motel. Very upset about how it was all handled. I won't be staying at an Extended Stay America, anymore. I hope hotels.com... read more

hat a joke Was horrible.hotel was over booked then they sent me to a dumb of a motel which was also a extended stay and hotels.com was a joke in resolvinf the issue. Pay for a queen studio room in a nicer motel and get sent to a dirty dump with a fullsize bed dirty sheets dirty room was nasty

Worst hotel experience—EVER! Lowest rate, but save yourself the agony and book elsewhere! I called Hotels.com at 3am and requested a cancellation of additional nights at this property. I was debating on packing up a departing at 3 am, because I wasn’t getting any sleep due to next door open and closing more than 8 times after midnight and on other side, too loud of tv at 4 am.
