Noisy dog next door. Dirty floors. AC rattled all night and kept me up. Told the staff and they did not apologize or anything. They didn’t care.

Should get a refund We were rerouted to an Extended Stay in Missouri. The Missouri one was terrible. Everything was dirty, Everything! Carpet everywhere was stained. Walls were damaged. In the room there was a wad of hair and dirt in the kitchen sink. We found pieces of chips under the sheets in the bed. The room was so dirty we wouldn't even open our suitcase in there.

There was trash everywhere outside of property. Cigarettes and beer cans lined the building near room entrances. The inside of my room there was trash, dead bugs, various spills on the floor that made it sticky everywhere, and tub faucet was broken. Barely any hot water anyways. I spoke to the front desk. Don't be deceived by the photos! Our room smelled like smoke and it was yucky - broken chain on door, gross kitchen/bath Staff was not professional.

Room doesn’t feel clean, but worse, NEITHER of the security locks worked. Only the primary lock. Not a good feeling at night. The accommodations are old and worn out.

Not professional! The hotel over booked and when we got there they didnt have our rooms. They moved us to another hotel 10 miles down the road into an area that was not as nice and the rooms were not as nice. They didn't offer anything for their mistake or for our inconvenience.

Some of the staff are very helpful while others in management are not so helpful. First visit was a pleasant experience however this last visit we will not be staying at this property again. The room furnishings were old and very worn. The bed caved in the middle, office desk chair missing a wheel which made the chair tilt. Requested a more accessible room two weeks prior to check in and was denied request.
