Not a place for a good night rest. No breakfast. Floor was really dirty, bed is uncomfortable, checking out was unfriendly, unable to print out any receipts. Coffee machine is broken, no breakfast provided as advertised. No mention of deposit on the website, when was told I will be getting my refund after they check the room, was told they can’t print out receipts or confirm my refund of the deposit. Economically priced, however it came with myself noticing the neighbor next door to my room having to re clean their suite...Low and behold I had to do the same thing. Inattention to cleaning on top and behind refrigerator. Inside of drawers were not clean, the only chair in the room needs to be replaced due to stains in chair. I'm hopeful this information will help to improve the establishment for sustainment in world of customer service improvement.

Many of the people I encountered throughout my stay at this hotel were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!

Poor service, ok hotel People who worked there had no idea what they were doing. Myself and another individual were told that there must have been an issue with our bank and not their system when they double charged one of us and tried to double charge me.

Terrible. I got walked from an extended stay in the suburbs to one downtown in a sketch area. A single woman with 2 kids! The guy said it was 5-8 mins away and it was 25 minutes away. Who thought that hotel was a good pick
