security deposit is 100..not warned! they charge a 100 dollar refundable security deposit. will have to wait as they say 3 to 5 days for it to return but we all know it takes a week or more. if i would have known i would not have booked !!

Check in was easy, however, the room was less than expected. It was clean and laid out nicely but the only "amenities" were towels, shampoo, and soap. There were no glasses, no coffee maker, no plates, and no utensils. Strange for an "extended stay" hotel. There were not even ice trays in the full size fridge. I suppose you get what you pay for (and i got the "Orbitz package" - ha ha), so next time, I will be staying somewhere else and probably doing a little more research.

My husband slept on the floor for 2 nights because there were no more 2 beds available just because we made our reservation through Expedia they would NOT even offer a roller bed only more bedding for the floor my husband had decided to come along with my son and I. also we had a room with a backed up toilet so I hey moved us to another room that also had a BACKED UP TOILET so for 2 NIGHTS NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT ACCOMIDÀRE US TWO BEDS THEY PUT US IN ROOMS WITH BACKED UP TOILETS . Hello!? No thanks Myself and my 2 teenage children booked a room for 1 night. Lets see, arriving at the motel. . . stood in the lobby hollaring "hello, here to check in" and continually calling the office phone for about 20 minutes before anyone came to help us. Was told there would be grab and go breakfast on the front desk from 6-9:30am, came down at 7:15, there was cups and creamer on the counter.
