Very Disappointing Room was not very clean. Brown stains on towels, red stains on pillowcases. No utensils/accessories in kitchen. Apparently you are supposed to ask for a glass? Never had to do this at other Extended Stay Americas in the KC area. VERY NOISY. Doors slamming all through the night. People running up the stairs, in/out of elevator. Do not Extended Stay. Little to no hot water. Could have washed faster standing in the rain. To get hot water, there was no pressure. They should not say they offer breakfast. I think they had coffee, hot chocolate and maybe a prepackaged muffin?

the room was smelling,old couch and carpet,unclean smell. beds were okay.I wouldn't go again.

Don't stay here. checked in late on sunday, and it was hard to find a clerk. The carpet in the room was so dirty that I was afraid to walk barefoot. You have to request dishes, pots and flatware as well as a coffee maker to get one. I don't think they understand why people stay in a hotel like this. An horrible experience.

Would not stay here again The room type we booked and paid for was not available for checkin(note - the front desk called and notified us of this issue and offered up options prior to our check in date) Hotel was under construction House keeping started knocking on our door at 8:30am the day of our checkout Fitted sheet had no elasticity so it kept falling off the mattress Room smelled like moth balls Front desk staff was very courteous and polite

Filthy room The first room they put me in was the most disgusting room I have ever been in. There was a card on the bed that said the room was inspected by someone and was 100% to their satisfaction. I took pictures and called the front desk. I wanted to speak to whoever approved the room. Of course that person was not there. The woman was kind and moved me to another room and it was much better. I was alone and it was around 10:30 at night or I would have demanded an immediate refund and found another hotel. I slept on top ... read more
Not again if beds are the same Room was ok. The bed was not comfortable at all We both woke up with sore backs and shoulders
Wouldn't want to live there Ok for a night but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The bed was comfortable.
