Comfortable except restrooms I got in late at night and left early in the morning due to meetings, however, it looked as though the bathroom wasn't cleaned before I arrived. There were black hairs all over the shower, toilet, and even in the sink.

Cigarette burn holes on countertops, hair on shower wall. Will not stay there ever again.

What Is That Smell? This hotel has definitely been here for quite some time. Unfortunately, it's also obvious that the hotel needs a face lift and room updates / upgrades. From the cracked counter tops to the cracked bathroom tile to the dirty bathroom floor to the terrible smell in the room when we first entered, it was certainly a memorable stay. The neighborhood was nice, close to the highway, and near our target destination. I just can't, in good faith, give this hotel a high rating even though the staff meant well.

KC Trip Breakfast consisted of apples and breakfast bars. Towels were incredibly rough. Could not plug in bed lamp or alarm clock. Amenities were scarce. Too much money for mediocre room.

Booked for 4 adults: Expedia assigned us a room with (1) double bed and a sleeper sofa! That's not my idea of accommodations for 4 adults. However staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with double beds. Still tight sleeping quarters. Both beds barely fit into the sleeping area, with one bed completely pushed against a wall. Room needed lots of TLC and cleaning. Dead bugs on carpet, dirty/spotted comforters, only bath linens for 2 people, bathtub did not drain properly, mildew on shower curtains. Desk clerk spent more time outside taking smoking breaks and talking on the phone than doing her work. Don't get a room anywhere near the lobby, as the sound of people talking and laughing carries far due to the open layout and lack of sound absorbing matetials.

Don't Stay Here We were amazed that the hotel had any stars. The building had a terrible odor. Towels that should have been white were black from stains. Counters were burned. Just filthy. We couldn't even stay it was so bad.

okay comfort, terrible Internet The overall cleanliness was good. Where it lacked was the Internet. Even after paying for enhanced high speed it was barely breaking 1meg. The Innflux Internet provider had me pay to connect my xbox which i travel and live out of hotels and I've NEVER had to pay for that service. It's 2015, we live in a world where fast connectivity is a must and for a place where people stay for months at a time this is just unacceptable.
