They don’t clean the room and I hv food in the refrigerator and when I go to eat they disappear

Not so friendly at the front desk The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all. She actually made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be staying there again.

First of all, the staff at the hotel were rude and disrespectful. On the third day of my stay, and after a long 12 hour shift working at the hospital, I came back to the hotel and my room key would not work to let me in the front door. I tried to motion to the desk clerk who so rudely yelled at me to use my key because she could t be bothered to turn away from her private conversation. I tried to motion to her that my key didn’t work. That’s when she copped an attitude and yelled at me “do you even stay here?”. Long story sh... read more

Mouse droppings through sofa bed, unwrapped cough drop in bed, smoke smell in hallway, addl price for room cleaning, loud, no conditioner.

Would NOT recommend this hotel Would NOT stay here again. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in designed for an extended trip, this room/hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, the front desk had no record of our reservation & asked me to call hotels.com instead of taking some initiative to assist. It took over 30 minutes to resolve the issue. once is enough poor poor bed, too small for a queen and only had single covers and sheets. Rolled to center, extremely difficult to get to and stay asleep (I don't have those problems otherwise). Very small, no coffee pot. Won't stay again

The rooms are clean with comfortability, but I was told that I had to check out without any notice. I requested a one night extension, but my request wasn’t honored and I wasn’t notified until the next day at check out time. I wasn’t prepared to check out at that time. Also, it was very noisy on the night before with staff allowing doors to slam from 3am until 4 or 5am the next morning. It was very very noisy!
