When I arrived I had my hands full with luggage so I looked for the handicap lever to open door well this location does not have a ADA door to assist handicap people to enter nor is there a sign to call for assistance for entry. I am a 100 percent Disabled Veteran. After entering there was two people at the desk behind the counter. The male was just setting there looking down at his cell phone and the female was answering the front desk phone. She had to tell the male to assist me with check-in. You had to pay 100 dollar deposit. Would have been nice to know upfront.
We had a surprise deposit for a 2 and half star motel ..
The staff was very accommodating, professional, and friendly.
