They treat you like your a bother to them. Don't rely on them for a wake up call.

Do not recommend this motel The motel was very dirty, they claim to offer breakfast. There was hot coffee(which was good) but the breakfast bats were hard and all broken up. The carpet in the hallways were filthy. Tried to call the front office at 6:30 am to use a hairdryer because I forgot mine, they are not available to help you until 7am?

Dirty!! My initial impression as I walked down the hallway toward my room was 'oh, no'! The carpeting was covered in dirt and debris and clearly had not been vacuumed in some time. I'm pretty sure the linens had been changed and the towels were clean, but the sink and countertops in the kitchenette had scraps of food clinging to them and the cupboards and drawers were no better. Hard beds, poor staff, dirty and uncomfortable Pillows were hard. The beds was way too firm. I called and asked front desk gentlemen to even have housekeeping double check our rooms because we have had bad experiences with Extended Stay and he said, 'there's only one guy working house keeping and he's really busy". If they are so busy why don't they hire more staff? Our rooms were not very clean or comfortable. Will no longer book with any Extended Stay America.

The room was dirty. There were two different types of hair all over the shower and there was hair in the sink. There was also some type of yellow blob in the sink. When the floor got wet from the shower I used a towel to mop it up and the towel became black. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain was moldy and dirty. I spoke to the front desk and was told that room would not be cleaned till following day due to Thanksgiving. The following day the beds were made but, other issues seemed unchanged.

Do not stay here!!!! When we first got there, there were two men at the front desk complaining that the service man who went to his room did not fix something. The front desk woman rudely said I'll get someone up there. We went to our room and at first glance everything looked pretty okay (at least for only paying 100 per night) my friend and I sat down on our beds and quickly realized two of her pillows and one of mine had giant blood stains on them. Convenient but Dirty Room was older and all sheets and everything seemed as so. Countertops in bathroom and kitchen weren't clean, had sticky spots and residues on them. Worst part was EVERY towel other than one had clumps of hair and stains on them. The first ones I went to use both had that then there was finally a clean one but I was definitely disgusted by the experience overall. Room was cheap and I just needed a bed and shower but was not satisfied with the experience overall.
