Awfull room was extremely dirty and when asked if it could be cleaned they were rude . They did come but let me tell you it was farm from clean

Decent but disappointing The hotel had a great location. That is about all that is "good" about it. Nothing was entirely terrible, so the hotel didn't ruin the trip or anything. But the rooms are quite dated. Renovations have been attempted, but they feel like a mask and don't help that much. Dirty, Smelly, Not worth your time Upon checking in everything was okay had the last king available even though looked as if noone was staying here. My room was outdated doesn't look like the pictures at all my bathroom was dirty tub had hair shavings all over it the kitchen had food left in the refrigerator and some sticky white substance on the wall, the bed pillows and sheets had stains on them and the room smelled like smoke. Not impressed, would not book again for sure. Hotel had a bad smell throughout the corridor, rooms were a little smelly too. Breakfast was pathetic as the Muffins were days old and the Granola bars had most probably past there date too. No hot breakfast, coffee was way sub standard. For the amount of money they had charges much better hotels are available nearby.

Lots of hair.. I have to say I am pretty picky. I try to stay realistic though when it comes to hotels rooms. Never mind you had to go get a trash bag from the front desk to take them your wet towels so you could get clean ones. I can handle that! BUT the fact that the counter had not been cleaned in the bathroom was disgusting!!! There were hairs and dirt every where!!! The blanket on my bed was covered with hairs. I took it off the bed and put it on the floor! Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel EVER again!... read more

clean under the BEDS!!! the website says that it has continental breakfast but only has coffee, muffins, bars and nothing more. With kids 3 years of age you are not able to give them the breakfast that they need. Also our 3 year old found a open can of chew under the bed. It could have been a knife, dirty needle, or gun! They did not believe us so they had to send the cleaning lady up to check.

You get what you pay for. There was no hair dryer or coffee machine available in the room. Also, the bathtub had a few hairs in the tub area. The suite room was nice because it had 2 full bathrooms. However, the parking lot had a few cars where people were smoking.

Nice area, bad r no hotel amenities. It's an extended stay but there were no cups, no plates, no silverware no nothing. Horrible Internet, I had to pay for the upgraded internet just to read email.

Gross Hotel staff were not unfriendly but definitely not pleasant. Toilets took 3 flushes just to get toilet paper to flush. There was a used wash cloth hung over the shower curtain in our "clean room", there was no coffee or coffee maker, no utensils or cups/kitchenware at all. The cabinets were visibly soiled. I thought I got a "deal" in the room as it was a last minute booking and it was in a decent area, I was very wrong.
