Hotel and room where poorly taken care of. Had dirty towels, not the most well taken care of room, the hallways smelt like smoke and the girl and the front desk was not very friendly and had a poor attitude about being at work.

out dated and room smelled of fried food the entire weekend

Horrible When i got there the bed had dirt in it and. The room was dirty the bathrooms had stuff in the toliets it was discusting

Worst hotel I've been in Found a lot of trash and small toys in the hotel. Also the filters for the A/C were filthy. We also found ants in the bathroom. My mother in law's room wasn't ready after check in ours so after 15 min of waiting they went ahead and transferred her to a different room. She noticed blood on the back of her bathroom door and shower curtain. Needless to say I doubt that I will ever go back or even got to an Extended Stay America again

Extremely disappointed. There were no kitchen wares or utensils. I was travelling with my children and we couldn not eat the food we brought. Very incovenient to have to call the front desk late at night. Also there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Thankfully we had our own blankets and pillows. My 9year old saw ants crawling on the floor. We were only there for 1 night. Never again.

Rusted bathtub & roaches Dirty, rundown, it’s a cheap stay for a reason. My son found roaches and spiders behind the bed when he dropped the TV remote. The fridge wasn’t working properly and it was leaking yellow fluid from the bottom, and the temperature knob was missing. The bathtub had rust everywhere, and around the faucet it was so rusted it was eating a hole into the wall. Spent the extra $15-$20 and stay somewhere else where you get a real breakfast & a cleaner room.

not the highest grade hotel nice front desk gal. room had a funny smell. light bulbs missing. ripped towels. tub drain didn't work. wifi didnt work. disappointed.

Very old and out dated I reserved a room weeks in advance. I confirmed several times before arriving only to be assured that my room would be ready. We drove 4 hours to the hotel where my room was sold to another guest. they then offered me a room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa. No way way my daughter nor myself sleeping on the couch. Then they offered me an extra room for my 11 y/o daughter. "NO". Then I had to go to a different location.
