There was an irate customer at the desk when I arrived. He eventually escalated to threatening another employee. The desk clerk remained calm and didn’t provoke him further while she waited for the police to arrive. Kudos to great staff.

It's OK Defintely an older hotel with lots of long term renters. But staff was friendly and room was clean. They have a few newly remodeled rooms that are quite nice. Safe part of town. Grab and go breakfast.

Extended stay America does no longer have complete kitchenette as advertised. The side entrance door was broke and haven’t been fixed (stayed for 7 nights). I will prefer Studio Six 6 @ Lenexa for better facility and cheaper rates.

Older property, shows wear and tear. We had a room away from the street, so it was very quiet. extremely nice staff. Easy to find. Decent options on parking. Happy to stay again.

Great It was fine. Everything was reasonably clean. There was an issue with the TV but apparently it was due to weather. No big deal. Kitchen area was very clean. Refrigerator was spotless!!! Nice part of town. Safe.
