Extended Stay - NEVER AGAIN! The bathroom was dirty. Extended Stay policy is to kidnap $100 of my dollars(security deposit). My credit card now shows room charge + security charge, It should disappear sometime later this week, I hope. This information should be displayed or better displayed. When I called the Overland Park hotel for clarification, the employee was very rude, always talking over. I finally told her to be quite and hung up.
