When I arrived, they suddenly charge me a $100 deposit even though I’ve stayed there for over a year. When I got up my room there were two sets of room cards, bills & change on the nightstand. I got a hand towel and took to the front desk. Obviously the room wasn’t cleaned completely.

At first glance, the room seemed clean. However, we ended up finding stray hairs in the bed and the shower. Hot water didn’t exist; it was either lukewarm or cold. There is a musty smoke smell throughout the hotel which isn’t surprising as you walk through the smoking area when entering the front door. The back door key scanners do not work to get you into the building. No hair dryers available. Our door batteries died at one point. Brittany was great! I got to check in early which was convenient and the only thing that I didn't notice when booking was that there was no breakfast...oh well !!

Disappointed The stove top was dirty, there was still a used bar of soap in the shower， the floor in front of the refrigerator was sticky. I saw an employee exactly once at that was at check-in. The front desk was otherwise empty every time i passed it.

So this is really a sterile environment. Not from a disinfectant point of view, but just, well, there is absolutely no lobby, or anything. I walked into an elevator and a counter with windows all the way around it. Felt like I was in a bad part of town checking into a sleeze hole. The hallways were cramped and dark. Our room was at the end of a long, long, long hallway. Not well lighted. I saw no security cameras. It was just not a very welcoming place. It is what it is and I paid WAY to much for what it is.
