The property was very average if not a little bit below, but the manager Anna was very helpful. We needed to stay an extra night and one of her staff that was helping made it very confusing, but she stepped in and made it work and asked about my family and had a conversation with my kids. She is awesome.
When I arrived, they suddenly charge me a $100 deposit even though I’ve stayed there for over a year. When I got up my room there were two sets of room cards, bills & change on the nightstand. I got a hand towel and took to the front desk. Obviously the room wasn’t cleaned completely.

Disappointed The stove top was dirty, there was still a used bar of soap in the shower, the floor in front of the refrigerator was sticky. I saw an employee exactly once at that was at check-in. The front desk was otherwise empty every time i passed it.

At first glance, the room seemed clean. However, we ended up finding stray hairs in the bed and the shower. Hot water didn’t exist; it was either lukewarm or cold. There is a musty smoke smell throughout the hotel which isn’t surprising as you walk through the smoking area when entering the front door. I got to check in early which was convenient and the only thing that I didn't notice when booking was that there was no breakfast...oh well !!
