It’s bath need fix.
New homw away from home The staff was kind, helpful ad always smiling. Hotel was very clean, had nice pool, free laundry, nice gym. Breakfast was kinda wierd still but covid19 what can you do. Over all loved this hotel will stay again. We come to kcmo alot so this will probably be our new home away from home.

They will steal your money Not happy they hold $100 incidentals which is fine however they ended up charging the incidentals to my card. When I called the front desk told me that I had to pay for the room. I booked and paid for the room through hotels.com they said they didn’t recieve payment through hotels.com so this room has now cost me 170.00 for an extended stay give me a break it was a 70.00 room

Decent lodging
Check in host was amazing, everybody else i interacted with left a lot to be desired. Room was dirty.
