New homw away from home The staff was kind, helpful ad always smiling. Hotel was very clean, had nice pool, free laundry, nice gym. Breakfast was kinda wierd still but covid19 what can you do. Over all loved this hotel will stay again. We come to kcmo alot so this will probably be our new home away from home.
Decent lodging
Check in host was amazing, everybody else i interacted with left a lot to be desired. Room was dirty.
It was fine. We only stayed for a single night in the middle of a cross country move. The room felt clean but was stained in numerous places (sheets, carpet, sink) which was off putting. The beds were not the most comfortable. Biggest wins were the amount of hot water we had and how cold the room got with the AC unit. The kitchenette was also a nice amenity even tho it was very dated. Good for a single night use like we did, but not much else past that
You can do better than this. This place feels like a half way house. There are always a lot of people hanging out around the door smoking or just looking sketch. The room was clean but the floor was sticky like they used too much chemical on it. It also looks like they tried to update the place but just slapped vinyl over everything. They will steal your money Not happy they hold $100 incidentals which is fine however they ended up charging the incidentals to my card. When I called the front desk told me that I had to pay for the room. I booked and paid for the room through hotels.com they said they didn’t recieve payment through hotels.com so this room has now cost me 170.00 for an extended stay give me a break it was a 70.00 room
