There were not cups in the room. No extra towels were delivered when staying more than one day. And no one at the desk to ask for additional towels

The front desk person. I advised her that I paid for room in advance. I showed her my receipt she still didn't believe me. It was just a hassle to check in once I was able to finally convince her that was the receipt.

No complaints. I just didn’t like when room service knocks on your door right before checkout time, like they are trying to hurry you up out of there but other than that everything was great.
