Much better than the other Extended Stay facilities in the Overland Park area. Clean and quiet. Some wear and tear on kitchen area. Front desk clerk was away from her station for sometime, without any notice that she would be back, leaving customers waiting.

What I did like about the place it was getting towels it was talking about if you stay a week you can get clean towels but if you don't you only you have to come down and pick up your towels and bring the other ones back and I kept getting locked out of my room and she kept on talking about maintenance and so when I got there they was talking about my reservation had canceled I didn't understan because I did the reservation on Expedia and then she charged me $210 $100 was deposit so when I got there that morning I talked to ... read more

I liked that we had 2 bathrooms and large rooms. Disliked the barking dogs, smoke smell and very loud A/C units that constantly turned off and on. Did I mention how very loud to the point the TV volume had to be so high? One TV remote did not work. Also, no pen and paper available anywhere, even front desk. Disappointed that there was not even fresh coffee available in the morning. Positive point being the very cheerful and helpful young lady when we checked in.
