No complaints. I just didn’t like when room service knocks on your door right before checkout time, like they are trying to hurry you up out of there but other than that everything was great.

Cleaniness friendly helpful staff. And the room was comfortable. Needed to bring my own cooking ware and place sittings. Didnt no it came with stove top?

It's not a luxury hotel. It's good enough. Mostly clean, not spotless. A bit disorganized at check-in. Unhappy to have had extra fees charged -- beware. Expedia's price is misleading.

The entire building was clean, the people at the front desk were very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay. There was a sm amount of snow, the folks starting cleaning off the parking at 4:30 (a bit early) but I’m grateful they cleaned it off.
