I did not catch his name but the gentleman who checked me and my wife in had the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. As he was checking us in I asked a simple question and with a snide and snarky attitude he said excuse me sir I will answer all your questions as soon as I'm done. My wife later walked to the lobby waiting for a pizza to be delivered and heard the gentleman speaking to another patron in a very rude manner stating that he treats people the way he wants to be treated which must be very poorly becau... read more

Rough around the edges, but would stay again. The price for the quality of room was worth it. Some of the cloth has stains, but still felt clean. Service was accommodating but not always punctual. Would stay there again when in town for business just based on the price point and the fact that it met all of my needs.

Nice place, but where's the frying pan? It was a great accommodation for the price. There was a stove and fridge, but there were no instructions as to how to obtain cookware, dishes, or silverware. The obvious answer would be to ask at the desk, but it would have been nice to have some info either in the room or presented at check-in time.

When we entered in through the back door there was a really strong odor of marijuana. I didn’t not complain or report this to the front desk. Everything else it self was fine.

The location of this hotel was ideal for my stay in Kansas City, the staff was friendly enough, it had the amentities to get you by for a stay and it was nice having a little kitchenette. The cleanliness in my room however was subpar. There were noticeable stains on multiple ‘clean’ towels I was given, there was a black hair on the toilet seat and another in the bath tub upon my arrival ( I have blonde hair so it definitely wasn’t mine!), no hand soap in the bathroom which I’m sure is somewhat standard I guess. Horriable service The Clerk (Dae) was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills at all. This person should not be in customer service at all. I witness him being rude to every customer he came into contact with. Myself and 3 other customers were left standing at the front desk for over 20 mins before he appeared extremely rude.

Very relaxing and peaceful! No pool or workout room. Please encourage the staff to put a smile on their faces! It seemed otherwise a good experience! I will probably use this location in the weeks ahead!
