misleading advertisement on breakfast Check in was easy, comfortable and clean. I had no issues except two issues. Website shows they have breakfast every morning. The only thing they had was granola bars and muffins. Nothing breakfast related. Had I would of known that, I would of booked elsewhere. My kids needed food before their doctors appointments at the local medical hospital next door and this caused all sorts of issues. However, staff was nice and they had a laundry area. Wifi worked fine.

Bed was super hard, only had shampoo, full kitchen but not one single utensil, no iron

This is the first extended stay type hotel where the kitchen wasn't equipped. You had to select what you wanted, call the desk and they would deliver it. No coffeemaker; it's a request. No paper towels. Microtel and Candlewood at least have items in their kitchen when you come in! The table was so dirty we had to dust it before putting our computer on it. You simply can do better in Kansas City, KS that this.
