the stay was good, just wanted a non-smoking room but they didn't have any available. All in all it was a good stay, the people were nice and if we needed anything they would accommodate.

Up to my standards. The Extended Stay in KC was just fine. It isn't a luxury hotel, but it is very nice for the price. The room was clean, the bed was cozy and there was hot water in the shower. The lady at the desk was very nice as well.

Good hotel to for extended stay Its good hotel to stat, its old but ok. Rooms smells little bad. Overall ok. Laundry Facility/machines are too bad. Some of my cloths got damaged due the hot water, I have selected perm press, the washing machine cleaned my cloth with extreme hot water and due the fact that some of the cloths are damaged.
Nice location bad customer service My room was given to someone else I had to get a smaller room. My credit card was billed twice. The rooms were nice the issue is the customer service

The hotel was OK. Air-conditioning was not on when we got to the room on the 95° day. Room could've used a good sweeping or vacuuming. Otherwise things looked in good shape
