2nd floor a must.. Happy but next time choose upstairs due to a family of jumping monkeys at this price I shouldn't have to hear yhat, under bathroom counter looked to be blood stain on wall.

There was a hole in the sheet rock in the closet. There was a weird odor in the room when I first walked in the room which I'd imagine would be from the kitchen.
