Just okay.... The hotel is out dated, but clean. They advertise a continental breakfast.....dry packet oatmeal, breakfast bars and packaged muffins are not what I invisioned. So don't go thinking you are going to have breakfast and no seating area for that.

Softball trip I didn't like I had to exchange my sheets and towels at front desk. Otherwise it was ok. Shower could've been cleaner saw some mold. Overall it fit our needs.

Good value for money I was there one night passing through KC. I had never stayed at such a property for only one night. It was nice change of pace and reasonably priced.
