If you like to feel clean and/or have children please don’t stay here unless you have to. The front desk lady was AMAZING she’s the only reason I stayed calm. She checked us in at 9pm and checked us out at 7:45am. We didn’t want to move rooms after already in ours as we have a toddler and infant and so much stuff to move after being on the road all day. Long story short over the course of 5 minutes we noticed a very dark stain on the blanket, sofa spill that had not been cleaned up which made EVERYTHING sticky, bathroom sink... read more

VERY UGLY (personality), So-called (White Female) Manager. Extremely RUDE!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! No people skills whatsoever!!! There's NO WAY this UGLY person ever received any managerial training...EVER!!! NO organization should EVER allow this HATEFUL, UGLY person to work ANYWHERE involving hospitality!!! This person should be terminated IMMEDIATELY, & replaced by a young, new trainee...with NO EXPERIENCE!!! So gross!!!! This place was absolute disgusting and the service was horrible. Everything was falling apart and hadnt been cleaned in God knows how long. The front desk was so rude and we couldnt get any extra blankets. There was dust collected on the electrical outlets. Just horrible.

Hotel cancelled the reservation came through orbitz.com at the last minute. They said over booked and my reservation is from third party so they are not going honor. I will not book hotel from Orbitz anymore.

Waste of money. The overall stay was not enjoyable and it turned into a huge hassle even being there. We were switched rooms 3 times, each one just as dirty as the last. The wifi didn’t work, and neither did the room keys. Every time I wanted to get into my room or the building after hours was an issue. The staff did not seem concerned with making sure our stay went smoothly and the entire facility is poorly maintained. We got to this place tired from an 9 hr drive. We were not given the room that we asked for but one that they say was better and charged us more. That was a joke. This property need a complete makeover. I am not even sure if the bathroom was cleaned before we got there. Smelled like pee. The sheets and towels were dark and dingy. Good thing we has our own towels. The tv was not working and we reported it the same night but nothing was done. The breakfast was coffee with some dried out muffins.
