Unpleasant experience. When we arrived it was 91 degrees outside and the air conditioner was broken. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and condescending when we tried to get help for the problem. After two visits by the maintenance man and over an hour of extra time on our part, the air conditioner unit was replaced. Only two bowls, spoons and cups in a room housing four adults. We advised the desk the day we checked in that the sink stoper was broken underneath the vanity. It had not been taken care of by the time we checked out.There was a problem in the shower. Stayed on shower all the time. The button switching to tub water was probably corroded so it would not push down. Another indication of poor mtnce policy. The old saying that "you get what you pay for" holds true. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent. Clean and quiet, but not as nice as advertised and promised kitchen items I counted on were missing. Irregular housekeeping only.

husband and wife long needed getaway We couldn't shut the bathroom door unless the toliet seat was up . We asked for more pillows and were told to come get them at front desk. I guess from the discreption on your web sight I didn't know it would be that kind of hotel. But we made the best of it and still had a great trip I would use you again just next time stay at a hotel that I know the name of and I will know what to expect. thanks Mr. and Mrs. Rumback

Not what they advertised! Air conditioning so loud we wore ear plugs. No maid service unless you pay extra, not listed in hotel features. No food service. Hotel needs remodeling. Stained tiles and chunks out of the wall. Very depressing. Staff was helpful to provide a hair dryer and soap not in the room.
