Will NOT be back This is our thrid time staying at this hotel, it is close by to family who live nearby. The first time we stayed we found dirty underwear next to the dresser. This last time we stayed our room smelled like musty cigarettes, even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I have allergies to smoke and was uncomfortable the entire night, couldn't sleep because the pillow cases all smelled like smoke. Pile drivers at 1:30 AM!!!! Our room was on the side of the hotel that faced the interstate bridge construction. At 1:30 AM, they start using pile drivers in the bridge construction. When I called the desk to see who I would call to complain, they told me, "There is nothing we can do about it, they have been working on it all summer." I asked, "Then why do you put people on this side of the hotel?" No response. Finally, at 3:30 AM I went to an all night drug store to buy some ear plugs, which didn't help a whole lot. Dirty Room Our room was dirty.The bed had something crusty on the bed spread. There was a cup under the night stand from a previous guest. The bathroom was the worst of all. The toilet seat was filthy I had to wipe it down with a rag and soap before could use it. The floor was dirty and the bath tub was worse than the toilet I had to scrub it down with a rag and soap before it could be used as well. Had Better stays If you like to do house work while on vacation than this is the hotel for you. you have to empty your own trash, get your own towels and make your own bed. never seen maid service not once! Front desk CLOSE around 1-7am. (don't quote me on the time.) feels like a dorm room. will not stay here again.

Hotel was not clean, tv required rabbit ears to watch, felt unsafe. Checked out immediately and found another hotel to stay in.

Unpleasant experience. When we arrived it was 91 degrees outside and the air conditioner was broken. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and condescending when we tried to get help for the problem. After two visits by the maintenance man and over an hour of extra time on our part, the air conditioner unit was replaced. Only two bowls, spoons and cups in a room housing four adults. We were told by the front desk staff that there were not any others available. Really?????? There was only one elevator for the whole building... read more

We advised the desk the day we checked in that the sink stoper was broken underneath the vanity. It had not been taken care of by the time we checked out.There was a problem in the shower. Stayed on shower all the time. The button switching to tub water was probably corroded so it would not push down. Another indication of poor mtnce policy. The old saying that "you get what you pay for" holds true. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
