Weekend to Remember The Front staff were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. Unfortunately most their rooms needed maintenance and/or a good scrub. Over first rooms temperature on the shower was broken, our second room had residual smoke from the pervious person smoking in it, and our third room had mold on the shower curtain and the heater/air conditioner was broken. Fooled by pictures Thought we got a great deal on a nice hotel yet it was cheaper deal on a cheap hotel. Won't be back.

Non-smoking room and hallway strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room not bad, tv didn't work, heat unbearable so was moved to another room...2nd room smelled bad but tv, lamp and clock worked. Had to sleep with windows open to help smell. Will not go back there!

Overland Park Hotel Room was dirty. Bathroom is the size of a closet.

Overall not good I stayed for a week while working in Overland Park and overall stay was poor. Room and hallways smelled like trash which is due to lack of maids in my point of view. They offered to clean my room once in 8 days. The staff was good and neighborhood around the hotel is very nice. Suggestions if you provide one little pack of dish soap it would be nice if you provide a sponge to clean the dishes! Maybe a little air freshnar in the hallways and upgrade in bath towels.

Get what you pay for First room wasn't even cleaned. Then they found another room to put us in.

Very dirty and staff who hated their jobs. My flight arrived late in the night and had to search for someone to help. When we finally got the girls attention in the back she was very disgruntled was made it clear that it was above and beyond her job title to check me in and give me my room key. Please pay her for dual duties maybe she would be more productive. Bedding and sheets were hard and dirty. Nasty dirty duvet with no other blanket to use that was clean.
