Serious upgrades needed Immediately when we walked into the room we were hit with an overwhelming smell of weed. The prep hole was missing and covered with tape. Room had a lot of damage and needed fixing and upgrades. Staff was OK and check it was quick. Good location for things to do.
The elevator was broke. The breakfeast was a muffin and a cup of coffee. The beds were hard
Mold! The room had stains on the kitchenette counters, there was mold across the whole bottom of the shower curtain. Towels felt like sandpaper. Checked in around 6pm, checked out at 12am. I have stayed at an Extended Stay before and this had to be the worst. At least the front desk staff was friendly, especially the young lady working overnight. The "security officer" reeked of marijuana when he walked past us as we were leaving. I would not recommend this hotel, not even for a quick overnight stay.
Very bad customer service When we book this hotel breakfast is included but no breakfast only Apple , snakes bar , this is cheating customer to make money, front desk customer was bad when we check in , I will never recommend any body. When we checked out , I asked tecipet the lady said no , you get only by email because I booked on line but I booked online got tecipet before
The room was ok, although there were ants in the kitchen. Would be nice if glasses and silverware are provided.

Not impressed Room was in reasonable condition, but had a stale/unpleasant smell. Food was left in cabinets from prior guests. All kitchen utensils have to be requested from the front desk. Breakfast is hardly that...coffee, granola bars, muffins, instant oatmeal...that's it.

WORST EVER IN MY LIFE TIME. The worst stay ever. The phones didn't work and the AC was also out. When I went down to talk to the front desk, he acted like he knew about the issues but said it was the last room. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BOOK AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA!!!!!
