Will not stay here or at this chain again. Room was not ready on time after 2 attempts. no toilet paper or soap in room. Room smelled like mold and did not appear clean. Air conditioner did not work consistently. Staff was difficult to access. Staff member walked into our room at midnight one night waking us up! She apologized, saying our room was on the empty to be cleaned list.

We'll never stay in this place again Ready to take a shower and there was NO SOAP, NO SHAMPOO, ONLY HAND TOWELS! The full Kitchen was suppose to be equited for 2. Only one plate, one coffee mug, NO glasses. Just few pots no Utensils :( A regular hotel will have more to make a decent coffee than the kitchen on an Extended Stay. We have a coffee machine and 1 bag of coffee with 4 packets of sweet n low that was it. The Free Breasfast was disappointing. Will NOT be back This is our thrid time staying at this hotel, it is close by to family who live nearby. The first time we stayed we found dirty underwear next to the dresser. This last time we stayed our room smelled like musty cigarettes, even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I have allergies to smoke and was uncomfortable the entire night, couldn't sleep because the pillow cases all smelled like smoke. Pile drivers at 1:30 AM!!!! Our room was on the side of the hotel that faced the interstate bridge construction. At 1:30 AM, they start using pile drivers in the bridge construction. When I called the desk to see who I would call to complain, they told me, "There is nothing we can do about it, they have been working on it all summer." I asked, "Then why do you put people on this side of the hotel?" No response. Finally, at 3:30 AM I went to an all night drug store to buy some ear plugs, which didn't help a whole lot. Dirty Room Our room was dirty.The bed had something crusty on the bed spread. There was a cup under the night stand from a previous guest. The bathroom was the worst of all. The toilet seat was filthy I had to wipe it down with a rag and soap before could use it. The floor was dirty and the bath tub was worse than the toilet I had to scrub it down with a rag and soap before it could be used as well. Had Better stays If you like to do house work while on vacation than this is the hotel for you. you have to empty your own trash, get your own towels and make your own bed. never seen maid service not once! Front desk CLOSE around 1-7am. (don't quote me on the time.) feels like a dorm room. will not stay here again.

Hotel was not clean, tv required rabbit ears to watch, felt unsafe. Checked out immediately and found another hotel to stay in.
