Last minute choice/availability.... The walls are thin. I heard my neighbor snoring. The staff has basic courtesy but does not go out of their way. My toilet was broken, I reported it. It wasn't fixed, I was handed a plunger. I fixed it myself. My shower was not clean, I had to use dishwash soap and clean it before I could use it.

Non-smoking rooms were smoky When we checked in the first room we were given smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. The front desk graciously gave us a different room which at first smelled fine but a few hours later when we returned after the royals game it too smelled badly of smoke. Don't know if the ventilation system is bad or what but I wouldn't recommend it if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Not Going Back The hotel looked nice enough from the outside and cheap but okay inside. Problem was the cleaning....crumbs on the toaster, dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. It makes one wonder about the dirt they can't see. It was a very loud room -neighbors above stomping around, people talking in halls and outside, fire alarm went off twice. We had a terrible night's sleep. Breakfast was minimal - some breakfast bars, a few pieces of fruit, and packaged muffins to choose from. Was happy to leave.

Place was closed for remodeling was closed for remodeling and being used as a crack house from the looks of things. With the cops in the neighbor hood stopping cars
Unfreundlichkeit Einchecken für >Personen mit mäßigen Englischkenntnissen schwierig! Der Müllraum war übers Wochenende nicht geleert worden. Es stank ! Im Fahrstuhl musste der Knopf für die 2. Etage gesucht werden, da sehr weit eingedrückt. Im Zimmer kein Besteck!
Dirty space, clean beds I stayed with my wife and two young kids for four nights. Upon arrival we could see the hotel was generally dingy. We encoutered ditry hallways, stairs, and elevator. When we entered our room we noticed the carpets were dirty, cobwebbs in the corners and a deffinate cigarette odor, which we did not expect from a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. Terrible We ended up in 3 different rooms for a one night stay. Our first room (non-smoking) reeked of smoke. The next room was much better; however, when we came back to the room at night there were 7 men sitting outside our window drinking and talking very loudly for several hours. We called down to the front desk and were told it would be taken care of...an hour later they were still out there.
