Ok, but.. Pillows seemed like they were never washed and smelled of sweat. I forgot two chargers in the outlets next to the bed when I checked out. Called about it, but they "couldn't find them".
Terrible The check-in process took forever, the girls working weren't very knowledgeable at all. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, towels in the bathroom on the counter were stiff & stained. The sink was dirty as well as the tub. It was a very terrible experience.
Never Again The room had not been cleaned. Hotel slow to take action. This was our last straw for Extended Stay America.

A nights stay The staff was always unavailable. The room has a bad odor and it need a good cleaning.
Toilet wasn't clean neither was the bath tub The toilet had gunk around it & shower curtain looked like it hadnt been changed in months there was caked on dirt all on it & the bath tub had dirt on the inside wasnt a pleasant stay at all probably wont go back.

The hotel smelled bad. The tv did not work well. Did not look or feel clean. Would not stay again.
Unsatisfied and disgusted. Other than the fact that there was no room service availabe, multiple bugs in my bed and no pots or pans for my room with a full kitchen, there was a very bright hotel light right over my window that shined into my room through out the night making it hard to sleep. But what really set me over the edge is when I was going through the room the night before my checkout and I find a baby bottle with milk in it that had already turned into that chunky cottage cheese texture. Last minute choice/availability.... The walls are thin. I heard my neighbor snoring. The staff has basic courtesy but does not go out of their way. My toilet was broken, I reported it. It wasn't fixed, I was handed a plunger. I fixed it myself. My shower was not clean, I had to use dishwash soap and clean it before I could use it.

Non-smoking rooms were smoky When we checked in the first room we were given smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. The front desk graciously gave us a different room which at first smelled fine but a few hours later when we returned after the royals game it too smelled badly of smoke. Don't know if the ventilation system is bad or what but I wouldn't recommend it if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.
