We ran to Kansas City for a concert and this was a great price and close to Kauffman.. the staff was helpful in spite of a couple of customers being difficult. The rooms were comfortable but not exactly spotless. We would stay again for another concert night for sure.

The staff was great but they obviously the owners are not investing in the standard amount of upkeep. The room was clean but furniture run down. The hallways were old and tired. There wasn’t any kitchen utensils or even a coffee pot in the room. You had to go back to the desk and “checkout” what you wanted and then return it clean upon checkout. It was fine and a good price. A luggage cart would be nice
Even though the carpet was dirty & the place smelled funny at times overall it was quiet for all the people I seen around there. I slept just fine.
