I liked the service by the front desk clerk. What I didn't like was after shelling out $200 plus for a room, I had to pay another $200 deposit. One night, not even in the room more than 6 hours since playing in softball tournament overnight games so when I checked out at 4am they had the gall to say after the manager inspects room then the $200 deposit will be returned in 3 to 5 days. I understand it's an Extended Stay place but there needs to be understanding of each situation. That hurt my account and now have to wait a fe... read more
