We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert and had a great time. Rooms were clean and quiet. Just what we needed.

It was fine and a good price. A luggage cart would be nice
Even though the carpet was dirty & the place smelled funny at times overall it was quiet for all the people I seen around there. I slept just fine.

The stay was suitable for what i needed. Floor was a little dirty in the bathroom and they didn't have any dishes for use in the room except for a plastic bowl they scrounged up for me. Breakfast was very minimal, but i didn't really need it, it just would have been more convenient if it were a little more substantial.
$200 deposit not mentioned until you check in Check-in was atrocious. Dude didn't know what to do, had to call his supervisor on the phone for every little thing. I prepaid via Hotels.com gift card and there was no mention of a deposit but I show up to check in and all of a sudden there's a $200 deposit for a $50/night room?? Toilet needed scrubbing; bed appeared to have been laid on after having been made up. Property does not make change for vending machines.
The light next to the bed would not turn off, had to unplug. There was no shower curtain. Smoke detector had a plastic bag over it (against code) and when the toilet over flowed, they told me I could come down and get a plunger! Told them a mop and bucket were needed as I had used all the towels available and still water on the floor. Terrible service by early morning staff. Checkin was fine.
