$200 deposit not mentioned until you check in Check-in was atrocious. Dude didn't know what to do, had to call his supervisor on the phone for every little thing. I prepaid via Hotels.com gift card and there was no mention of a deposit but I show up to check in and all of a sudden there's a $200 deposit for a $50/night room?? I liked the service by the front desk clerk. What I didn't like was after shelling out $200 plus for a room, I had to pay another $200 deposit. One night, not even in the room more than 6 hours since playing in softball tournament overnight games so when I checked out at 4am they had the gall to say after the manager inspects room then the $200 deposit will be returned in 3 to 5 days.
